What appliances do you repair?+
We repair refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, cooktops, microwaves, ice makers, wine coolers, garbage disposals and range hoods — both luxury and mainstream brands.
Are you insured?+
Yes. We carry commercial general liability insurance with a $1,000,000 per-occurrence limit and a $2,000,000 aggregate, and we can email you the certificate of insurance before the visit — ask for it if your building or HOA needs one on file. Gas-line and electrical alteration work is outside what we take on — that is a separate regulated trade, and we stay on the repair side of it.
Do you charge a diagnostic fee?+
Yes — there is a service call fee, which covers the technician coming out and fully diagnosing the appliance. Once we know what is wrong, we give you the repair price up front and you decide whether to go ahead. Nothing is charged beyond the service call unless you approve the repair.
How long does a repair take?+
Most repairs are done in a single visit. We carry common parts for the brands we service most often, so there is a good chance we can fix it the same day we diagnose it. If a part has to be ordered, we give you a clear timeline before you commit.
Are you open on weekends?+
Yes — we take calls seven days a week, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and we prioritise urgent ones. A refrigerator full of food does not wait for Monday. Call as early in the day as you can; that is when same-day availability is best.
